Pre-orders: when a product is offered as a pre-order, this means that it has not yet been produced. It takes around 4 weeks for the order to be produced and processed. We will inform you by email of the next stages in production and send you an alert before the order is dispatched. If you are on holiday at the time, we can change the delivery address or postpone it to another date that suits you.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product without any trace of use in the packaging.

Select a delicate programme and wash in 30°C.

Do not wash with a full load. Linen should have space to move during the washing process.

Wash with similar colours.

Select the spinning programme of no more than 600 rpm. Fast spinning is damaging for linen fibres.

Make sure the clothes are properly hung for drying and smoothed out. Hang the clothes on a line or a hanger outside, in the shade.

Ironing: set the iron on the second lowest programme and sprinkle the clothes with steam.
